How does the trial version work?.

Just download the trial version from our website and install it on your computer. Then you will be able to start create app and publish issues into the app.

How long does the trial version last?.

Actually you can use the trial version as long as you want. It won't expire forever. The only limitation is that there is a watermark on each page of the issues you publish with the trial version. After you pay, all the watermarks will disappear.

What happens after I complete the order?

You will receive an email with your registration code and instructions to get started. Then use the registration code to unlock the full version.

Are there any add-on fees?

No, there is not any add-on fee.

Can I firstly buy the Starter then upgrade to the Pro version later?

Yes, you can upgrade whenever you want. Just contact us when you decide to upgrade. We will send you a link to finish the process.

Using Mag2GO

I created a test app with Mag2GO. But it cannot install on my iPad/iPhone. Why?

Please check the following settings:
1. You must select "Push Notifications" item when creating your App ID.
2. Register your device in Apple Developer Account.
3. Select the device when you create the provisioning profile.
4. The status of the provisioning profile must be Active.
5. Your device has enough space to install the app.

I always got error "Fail to verify your HTTP Address" when inputting FTP. How to fix it?

Please just send us your FTP information. We will figure it out. Or if you are using the trial version, please just leave the default FTP settings for creating a test app.

Can I add advertising in a magazine app?

Sure, you can add advertising banners on the top of home interface of the magazine app.

Is there a limitation on number of pages or number of publications?

No, there is not any limitation on number of pages or number of publications. You can create as many pages/publications as you want.
